Discussion on Harvard Health Publishing article

Its really interesting, there’s a lot of information coming out of the internet. We’re here to talk about non-surgical spinal decompression and postural changes. Harvard health publishing just put something out last week that talked about trusted advice for a healthier life.

The article is about 3 surprising risks of poor posture.
And guess what they are talking about? Heart burn, incontinence, and constipation. I can tell you that if your spine is breaking down, if you’ve got disc problems, spinal arthritic activity, if you’ve got scoliosis trust me you’ve got a lot more problems than constipation, incontinence and heart burn.
When your spine starts to break down you have big issues. It affects your discs, it affects the spinal nerves, and accelerates arthritic activity.

What we have here at Burlington Spinal Decompression is we have the state of the art 3 dimensional, non-surgical, spinal decompression machine. It helps us create a negative pressure in the discs to get the pressure off the spinal nerves. It can actually help us unwind curvatures that are not supposed to be in your spine, and can stop the arthritic activity, and through improve mechanics we can actually improve your body and its joints.

The non-surgical spinal decompression we have here is state of the art there is very few places that have the skill set and the acumen that we have here. If you have any disc issues, if you have any scoliosis, sciatica or any type of issue that is involving your spine or nervous system please come and see us. We are extremely good, we are the go-to center in southern Ontario for spine and disc issues.

Thank you,

Dr.Brad Deakin
